The restaurant’s menu offers a variety of well-prepared options, including standout fried rice and bao buns noted for their texture and seasoning. Guests appreciate the warm, homey ambiance despite the restaurant’s small size, contributing to a cozy dining experience. Service is consistently described as friendly and efficient, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Some feedback points to slightly higher pricing relative to portion size and minor comfort issues with seating and air conditioning, particularly during busier times. Nonetheless, the combination of quality food, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive staff makes Kawali Specialty Cuisines a recommended spot among local diners in Pampanga.
This was back in November and we had a great time with great food! Serving sizes were big, we had a lot of takeout. We ordered: beef char kway teow, chicken and tofu char kway teow, and kimchi fried rice. We also got dessert (which name I forgot) and everything was good! Prices were justified because of the big serving sizes. Place was small, but cozy and homey. Staff were nice and approachable. Overall a bery good experience with Kawali!
This was one of our family friend's recommendation to try in Pampanga and it did not disapoint. We loved all the dishes that we ordered. The fried rice paired with every rice meal was superb. The rice grain texture was great with the right amount of spices. The meat on those dishes were tender and flavorful. Their pork bun is a must try. We'll definitely come back here.
The taste and quality of food are great, also the resto's ambiance and atmosphere. However, pricing may be a little agressive for their serving size.
I had an amazing meal here!! The chicken bao was absolutely my favorite—soft, fluffy, and filled with perfectly seasoned, juicy chicken. The pork loin fried rice was also fantastic, with tender pork and just the right balance of flavors. To top it all off, their coffee was rich, smooth, and a perfect way to finish the meal. The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Great food selection. Baobuns are two per order. Serving size is large and ok to share. Thai milk tea and peach mango fizz are delicious. Food ok for the price. Fast and efficient staff. It was warm and the airconditioner is not enough for the place. Table was small specially if you have a lot of orders. And chairs were not comfortable. Some of them dont have back rest and all of them were hard on the butt. Street parking available. A nice addition to restaurants in San Fernando. Highly recommended to try.
Just had a great dining experience! The food was flavorful, well-prepared, and served with care. Each dish had a nice balance of taste and presentation, showing the effort put into the ingredients and cooking. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal and our stay. Whether you’re looking for a casual bite or a place to enjoy with family or friends, this spot is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu! This is our second time, btw
Ordered the Crunchy Chicken Skin, Beef Char Kway Teow, Beef Sambal Fried Rice, and Thai Tea. 2 kaming kumain and paid less than ₱1k for all. Food is sooooooooo good!!! Will definitely come back
We recently discovered Kawali Specialties and are so glad we did. We live nearby but honestly didn't even know it existed until we saw some social media posts. The outside of the place is just okay, but it looks much better inside. The food is really good – we loved the seafood fried rice, tonkatsu, and chicken katsu fried rice. Their baos are nice too. The best part -- the prices are really good, making it a great value. Jordan was our server and he was super nice! He even brought some coloring stuff to keep our kids busy and gave them their own plates to eat from. We'll definitely be back!
